Refund Policy

Our customers have 60 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return or exchange. This 60-day period is a promotional offer applicable only to the first return or exchange. Any subsequent returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

In accordance with our policy, each product is subject to only one return or exchange. Once the first return or exchange has been made, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted for the same product or order.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union reflection period of days

If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have 60 days to return your order. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it. Once the inspection is complete and satisfactory, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear or excessive use, and with their original tags and packaging. Any free accessories must also be included in the return.
